Garden apartment bedroom offers style and quality, it's warm and very inviting. Guests have the choice of the king bed or twin beds on request. The bedroom furniture is oak and the wardrobe offers plenty of wood hangers for all those holiday clothes. Guests can enjoy breakfast in bed and watch the 32" flat screen TV. This rooms has french doors which lead out onto the rear private patio.

The second bedroom is the largest and very spacious offering a king bed and a double sofa bed which is situated in the bay window.

The fully fitted wardrobes span the whole length of this bedroom and really do offer all the room you need for all those new clothes you will buy.

This bedroom can sleep 3/4 guests and is ideal for parents with small children, golfers and conference members as the beds can be split.

All my guests that have stayed in this apartment have loved it - holiday cooking wasn't a chore!

There is a hob & oven, tall fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, ample pans, dishes and cutlery.

We think of all the little things so you don't have to you will find milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar and herbal teas in the cupboard. I also leave washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, oven glove, dishcloth and sponge.

Guests can enjoy a hot soak in the bath or a hot shower. You will find ample towels, complimentry toiletries and toilet rolls.

Travelling from abroad? Well let us book you a taxi. A return journey for two costs around £73.00. Your driver will pick you up and bring you directly here. No hassle and stress free.

Arriving early hours in the morning I can arrange for the driver to collect your apartment key before he leaves to pick you up. If asked I can pick up some cereal for breakfast, so you don't have to worry about getting up early

We offer our guests who have difficulty walking the use of a wheelchair, if your travelling by car this will free up vital space. Just ask when you make your booking, there's no charge.

For those guests who do struggle with the smaller things in life due to ill health, let us help you first thing in the morning with one of our bed rails, it fits under the mattress of your bed and gives you that little bit of independance. We now boast a large modern walk in shower with a shower chair in the ground floor apartment. If you need a little support when using the toilet we have a chair which sits over the toilet with arms on either side - ask when booking for these helpful aids.

We also offer a high chair, travel cot, soft baby blankets and sheets. Small children sleeping in a full size bed can have a bed guard put on, please ask when booking so it can be noted.
