KINGS GARDENS CONCERTS 2012


Brass band music concerts are taking place in King's Gardens, Southport during the summer.

Bands from across the region will be performing over the next three Saturdays in July on the community garden near to the former putting green.

On July 7, Chorley Silver Youth Band will entertain the crowds while the following week (July 14), St Helens Concert Band will appear.

Finally, Tarleton Brass Band will perform in King's Gardens on July 21.

The concerts are organised by the Southport and District Brass band Association in conjunction with Sefton Council.

All concerts start around 2pm and last about two hours.
